Wrist Guard Sizing: Measure around the center of your hand and the center of your wrist and follow the recommendations on this chart:
Hand Measurement : 16 - 18cm
Wrist Measurement : 13 - 15cm
Elbow Pad Sizing: Measure around your arm 4" above and 4" below your elbow and follow the recommendations on this chart:
Top Measurement : 18- 21cm
Bottom Measurement : 19 - 22cm
Knee Pad Sizing: Measure around your leg 4" above and 4" below your knee and follow the recommendations on this chart:
Top Measurement : 25- 29cm
